Special address list

This page lists special address ranges. Usually these are published by their respective owners.

Ranges are split into 3 levels. The top level is the owner of the range, the second level is the geographic location (or "global" if none provided). The third level is the service type.

How to use

The exact usage scenario depends on your needs.
If your goal is to combat automated abuse, you want to block pretty much all ranges, except cloudflare (this one is inbound only).
For the Tor range, you only have to block the "Exit" type, other tor nodes cannot be used to contact your service.

If your service is run behind cloudflare, you can use the cloudflare ranges to only allow them to connect to your HTTP service.
If you insist on blocking everything globally and only whitelisting their ranges, don't forget to also add your personal ranges to the allow list, or you may no longer be able to remotely administer the server
